Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing, and it must be in the same condition that you got it. You will also want a receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, please email us at @thequeenoffallthings.com.au. If we accept your return, we will email you a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to deliver your shipment. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will be refused.

Problems and damages
Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.
Items that are not returnable
Certain things, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), bespoke products (such as customised orders or personalised items), and personal care goods, cannot be returned (such as beauty products). We also do not take dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases as returns. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding your particular item.
We are unable to accept returns on sale products or gift cards.
Exchanges
Returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest approach to ensure you receive what you want.
Refunds
We will tell you after we have received and reviewed your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If you are authorised, your original payment method will be instantly reimbursed. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
