Refund policy

At The Queen of All Things we take pride in offering unique, handmade, and natural products, such as crystals and bespoke baskets, that may vary slightly from the images displayed online. Our items are either bespoke creations or crafted by nature itself, ensuring each piece is distinct. While the products you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the online pictures, they will be similar in size and overall aesthetic.

 

Returns

 Refunds:

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or differs from your expectations, please contact us at queenofallthings75@gmail.com with detailed photos and a description of the issue. If we determine a refund is necessary we will email you all the required details to complete this.

 

Exchanges:

We gladly accept exchanges for any reason within 14 days of your purchase (invoice date), subject to the following conditions:

  • You are responsible for all shipping fees.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Ensure the product arrives in the same condition it left, packaged securely for safe transit.
  • Exchanges will be provided in the form of a credit note for the product's value (minus any shipping fees). This credit note can be utilised within 3 years in our online store.
  • Contact us at queenofallthings75@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase (invoice date), and we will email you the necessary instructions and a refund authorisation form.
  • We do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to items returned to us, so we recommend using registered mail and proper packaging with fragile stickers where necessary.
